At Remus Uomo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery stamps.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
